Commission Shipping: International postage is included in the price. 

 

Delivery Times

Original paintings: Dispatched within 3 business days

Commissions: 4 to 6 weeks from order to completion (current timescale)

Studio collection available by appointment

 

Packaging

All original paintings are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Each piece is protected and shipped in appropriate materials for the artwork's size and medium. 

 

Returns Policy 

Sometimes you just don't click with a painting or a print. I offer a no-questions-asked return policy for all my original oil paintings. If you're not feeling the love within 14 days receiving your order, drop me an email. Once I have received the painting back in its original condition, I will issue a refund quicker than you can say "Van Gogh".

In accordance with UK Distance Selling regulations, you have the right to return purchases within 14 days of receipt.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your painting arrives damaged, please contact me immediately at thesophiawilliams@gmail.com with:

• Clear photos of the damaged artwork

• Photos of the packaging 

• Your order details I will arrange a replacement or full refund for damaged items.

Commission Returns

Due to the bespoke nature of commissioned artwork, returns are only accepted in cases of damage during shipping or if the work significantly differs from the agreed specification.
