"I don't chase rainbows I eat them"

I want to make every morsel count. I absolutely love food. Great food, wholesome food, pretty food, messy food. It just has to be delightful. I feel blessed to have been able to sample some amazing food around the world.

Since reading the book in January 2019 'How Not To Die' (as a way of trying to reduce my husband's blood pressure through diet and lifestyle) we've both become mainly plant-based eaters.  We've been blown away by how much flavour and variety you can enjoy on a plant based diet.
